BEDROOM LAYOUT Southwinds has four spacious bedrooms (named after the owners Great Danes) that can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. 1) Daisy – overlooks the lagoon, 1 x king-size bed, shower/bath 2) Phoebe – view of the garden, 2 x ¾ beds but can be converted into King, shower only 3) Susie – view of the garden, 2 x ¾ beds but can be converted into King, shower only 4) Lilly – overlooks the mountain, 1 x king-size bed, shower/bath All bedrooms have 4 build-in cupboards with ample packing space. ESTATE LAYOUT The estate boasts two separate living areas. The sunroom, with its 3-sided glass doors, offers magnificent views of the lagoon on the one side and tranquil views of the magical mountain on the other. With a build-in fireplace it is the perfect place to entertain and even hosts visitors. The tv room/lounge has cloud-like furniture to make those rainy days perfect for a game night or a movie marathon. Be prepared to be lazy! The fully-equipped kitchen, including a bean to cup coffee machine, Airfryer and Nuribullet, captivates its inhabitants with its unique roof and master fireplace. It provides the perfect harmony for those winter feasts as well as those luscious summer tapas dinners. This kitchen is famous for bringing families and friends together. The house provides fans in the summer and electric blankets and heaters in the winter, as well as additional roaring fireplaces with flames so beautiful you get lost in them. The estate also provides a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. WIFI, Netflix and Disney are included for your entertainment. Lazy days are best enjoyed by the horizon swimming pool, overlooking the lagoon, with a refreshing cocktail in hand while watching yachts pass by. CAPACITY Eight persons. Please enquire with the host if you wish to add any additional small/young children. HOUSEKEEPING Arrival / departure services are included in your stay, however any additional housekeeping may be arranged with the host at an additional cost. PARKING While there is ample parking space for all guests and any potential visitors within the grand courtyard, there are also an additional three covered parking bays. (4 upon request) GENERAL Southwinds is equipped with an inverter and rechargeable solar lights, making it an eco-friendly choice for those looking to reduce their carbon footprint. The inverter of 1.4Kw runs the TV and WIFI during load shedding. Additionally the residence is equipped with a comprehensive power backup system that completely evades load-shedding and is operated by a petrol-powered generator. Should our esteemed guests wish to avail themselves of this supplementary facility, the cost of the petrol consumed by the generator will be for the guest account.
