Two-story residence located in the picturesque Voëlklip area of Hermanus. It features three tastefully appointed bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests. The first two bedrooms of the house are furnished with cozy queen size beds and can easily accommodate four adults, while the third bedroom offers two comfortable bunk beds ideally for children. The first bathroom is complete with a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The second bathroom features a shower only. The main living area of the home encompasses a well-appointed kitchen with a gas stove. A cozy lounge featuring a smart TV equipped with a variety of streaming apps for endless entertainment. And a welcoming dining room. A fireplace has been thoughtfully provided to keep you warm and toasty during chilly winter evenings, while a washing machine and dishwasher are on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Furthermore, the property is fitted with an aircon and comes with beach towels, and WIFI, all included for your convenience. Enjoy peace of mind with secure, gated parking for your vehicle during your stay. Our property offers private parking behind a closed gate, ensuring added security and convenience.
