October 10, 2016Needed a bed for one night only, and did not have the restriction of a minimum booking of 2-3 days (yay!).<br/>Enjoyed the stay in a beautiful room and setting, gorgeous glimpse over the water, and hearing the waves all night. Staff were friendly and made sure we were comfortable.<br/>We were taken care of very well and definitely will go back if needed again.

August 20, 2015What a wonderful guest house. It has all the amenities including an honour bar. Isobel is an excellent hostess. The guest house is about 5km from the Hermanus town center which is nice a nice walk along the cliff walk. I was there in the winter and couldnt take advantage of the beautiful decks off the common room and off my room. A nice surprise was Dutchies cafe just a short walk towards the beach. An unassuming place with great food.

February 18, 2015Really lovely Guest House. Beautiful spacious rooms with sweet touches such as sprigs of lavender on the towels. Really close to the beach and got to watch a beautiful sunset from the terrace with a beer from the honesty bar which is also a really nice touch.<br/><br/>Breakfast was also great. Couldnt recommend Lavender Manor Guest Lodge enough.

October 3, 2012Lavender Manor Guest Lodge is truly a beautiful, tranquil place to recharge the batteries! We had such a pleasant stay and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We even saw the whales from our bedroom!! The only thing that dampened our stay was when there was no hot water on the last day! However the hosts were very apologetic and didn’t charge for our drinks to make up for our \cold\" shower!!<br/><br/>I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone. The bonus was the spectacular whale watching display of splendour at its best in Hermanus! We never experienced this ever and were truly blessed to see this.<br/><br/>Vani Perumal<br/>"
